At times, Moser Homes, Inc. does work off of blueprints that have been provided by their clients, however, often times we perform the design services needed.  We have a large portfolio of plans that can be modified to suit our clients needs or we can create your own unique design.

Yes. A large percentage of the homes that we build are constructed at off-site locations. We are available to consult our prospective clients as they evaluate possible locations for building their new home.

As a participant in this program, we use state of the art mechanical equipment and construction techniques so that our homes meet or exceed strict energy efficient guidelines set forth by the EPA.
