Our Homes

Having a home that caters to your needs, wants, and personality are just a few of the reasons for choosing to build a custom home.

Imagination, style, and smart design go into every home we build. Below are a few examples of some particularly unique homes to show what can happen when a clients vision is coupled with our designers' and builders' talent and experience.

Denmark Township
Country living calms a busy lifestyle

Driving up to this country home gives you a sense of country comfort.  The charming design compliments the natural landscaping that draws you into this one-story home.  A country kitchen with beadboard cabinetry and granite countertops makes a statement.  Large windows overlook the vastness of the rural setting.  Interior features include extensive hardwood flooring throughout many of the rooms.  The generous master suite includes a spacious bedroom and a bath that features a claw foot tub with custom cabinetry to emphasize the two basin wash bowls.  It is a home nestled into a natural setting that brings peacefulness to your everyday living.

North Oaks Home
Executive living with a touch of style

This executive home is located in the Creekside Addition to North Oaks.  This spacious two-story design is complimented with rich wall colors and an open floor plan with stately features.  Vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces, crown moldings, rich cherry wood floors and custom cabinetry are included throughout.  There is also a fireplace in the screen porch!  An organized mudroom shows off the built-in lockers.  Lower level amenities include a sauna and a large entertainment area.  The exterior is just as grand with a built-in swimming pool and extensive landscaping.

St. Croix River Home
Contemporary home perched upon the St. Croix River

The sweeping driveway leads you to this magnificent contemporary home that features large picture windows overlooking the St. Croix River. Ceramic tile spreads throughout the main living space and built-in cherry cabinetry is a unique detail to this home. A wrought iron staircase with hardwood detailing leads you to the two bedrooms upstairs with a loft study/computer area and exercise room. This home will truly stand out as you cruise down the river on your next boat excursion.

St. Mary's Point River Home
Keeping the old, and adding new too

This home looks like one of the original river houses on the St. Croix River. Actually it is, but updated. The wrap around porch is original, but the remainder of the home is newly renovated with the same feel and look of the 100 year old river houses. Original wainscoting and some of the original doors were refinished, rehung and used throughout. The fir hardwood floors are done in a rich dark walnut stain. The original stone wood burning fireplace was kept intact, plus a new gas fireplace was added in the great room. The upper level features many guest rooms and some with connecting sleeping porches. There are also full length hallway bookcases leading back to the guest bathrooms and office. This home was a summer get away, but will now be a permanent living space for generations to come.

St. Mary's Point Home
Historic living with the conveniences of today

This home was built to look old and reflect memories of the past. It features a wrap around screened in porch with ceiling fans. The great room/kitchen areas have 9' ceilings, fir trim, knotty oak floors and fir columns. Bathrooms feature high wainscoting with octagon ceramic tile and tray ceilings. The gas fireplace is highlighted with an old stone look. Large picture windows with transoms, pocket doors and traditional detailing throughout the house are in keeping with the old feel of the St. Croix River valley.

Scandinavian Home
Everyday living filled with character and charm

This home captures the feel of the ultimate Scandinavian design. All of the modern luxuries are included with all of the old world charm. Incredible detailing is evident throughout with the custom cabinetry from the Amish and vibrant ceramic tile work. In addition, colorful and intricate moldings and other elaborate woodworking adds to the incredible character of this home. This special home was featured on the cover and in a ten page article of the September 2002 Better Homes and Gardens magazine. It is a home that is truly captivating.

Sunfish Lake Home
A grand home with antique charm

As you enter the winding drive past the pond to this grand home, there is a sense how it flatters the surrounding landscape - as if it was always meant to be in this location. The classic stone and brick exterior detailing capitalizes on this home's traditional design. Inside, extensive custom cabinetry and built-ins add to the comforts and character of this home. In addition, finely crafted millwork, granite countertops, and walnut floors work together create a customized elegance that is apparent throughout.
